Job Description
Superstition Real Estate & Property Management (SREPM) is seeking a Designated Broker to provide compliance oversight and supervisory support for a growing property management company. This is not a day-to-day operational role . The company currently manages 160+ residential units , with established systems, staff, and processes in place. The Designated Broker will serve in a high-level oversight capacity , ensuring compliance with Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) regulations and supporting risk management.
ARIZONA BROKERS LICENSE REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities Provide Designated Broker supervision in accordance with ADRE requirements Oversee and review trust accounting practices Conduct periodic file and compliance audits Ensure adherence to Arizona real estate laws and regulations Review and advise on company policies, procedures, and risk exposure Be available for escalated compliance or legal concerns Provide guidance on best practices for property management operations
Pay:
$2,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
