Job Description
Position Summary The Director of NVOCC & Customs Brokerage Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of freight forwarding and NVOCC activities while helping establish and maintain customs brokerage capabilities and regulatory compliance programs. Key Responsibilities Manage FMC OTI (NVOCC and Freight Forwarder) compliance requirements Maintain bonds, tariffs, licenses, and regulatory filings Support customs brokerage licensing and compliance initiatives Oversee ocean import and export operations Manage carrier and overseas agent relationships Develop and implement operational SOPs Support pricing and solution development Build and manage logistics operations teams
