This position is ideal for a broker who wants more than simply overseeing transactions. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about agent development, compliance, recruiting, and helping build a strong presence for Realty of America throughout the state. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the expansion of a national brokerage while creating significant professional and financial growth for yourself. Minimum Requirements Active New Mexico Qualifying Broker License Currently supervising, or willing to supervise, a minimum of five licensed real estate agents Strong knowledge of New Mexico real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Previous leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and transaction management abilities Commitment to supporting agent success and professional growth Responsibilities Supervise and support licensed real estate agents Ensure compliance with New Mexico Real Estate Commission regulations Review and oversee transactions as required Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to agents Assist with agent recruiting and retention efforts Support brokerage growth initiatives throughout New Mexico Foster a positive and productive company culture Serve as a trusted resource for agents and clients Why Join Realty of America?
