Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual to support our team in ensuring all U.S. and international import/export shipments comply with regulatory requirements. Our team is dedicated to continually improving import and export processes to facilitate efficient trade while maintaining strong compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export regulations for all shipments. Collaborate with internal departments, custom brokers, and carriers to resolve issues and improve service levels in transit. Prepare and manage documentation for international shipments, maintain electronic records, and generate reporting on freight and transit activity. Assist Customer Care with terms of trade, freight payment, and provide freight quotes and required documentation.

Required:

High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) required. Minimum three years of related experience, or direct transportation training/education in lieu of experience. Strong ability to research, analyze, and resolve customs compliance issues across multiple systems. Experience working with freight forwarders, brokers, and managing import/export compliance records.
