Job Title:
Data Entry Clerk 1. Summary Description Why does the job/role exist? This position is responsible for data entry & file opening for entries to U.S. Customs. The person works to make sure we have received all the needed documents from vendor/supplier at origin to comply with all the Customs & Border Protection requirements and PGA (Partner Government Agencies). Key in the customer/supplier document data in our operating system. 2. Key Result Areas Keys Results (KPI's) Documents received complete File opened in the operating system Data keyed into the system Result Measurement (Metric) 100% accuracy Based on volume goal 100% accuracy 3. Key Accountability/Job Duties 25%

Job Qualifications Required Education:
High School Graduate or GED Experience:
None needed, but industry or related experience preferred
Skill Sets:
Detail oriented, fast typist and tasker, proactive, teamwork, problem solving, organized.
