Job Description

Entry Filing:
Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including commercial invoices and bills of lading, to clear goods through customs.
Classification:
Assign correct Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes to ensure accurate duty and tax assessment.
Financial Oversight:
Calculate duties and fees, manage payments to the government, and process duty drawback claims.
Regulatory Liaison:
Communicate directly with CBP and other agencies like the FDA or USDA to resolve holds, examinations, or requests for information.
Advisory:
Consult with clients on trade agreements, compliance risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

$63,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
