Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at HLI Laredo, LLC, located in Spring, TX. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage activities, ensuring effective communication with clients and carriers, dispatching loads, and managing accounts. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills Customer Service and Account Management skills Dispatching skills and experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
