This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. Job Purpose and Impact The Trade Execution Coordinator II will coordinate, and plan export processes, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. In this role, you will complete monetary transactions associated with exports in a timely manner. Key Accountabilities Reconcile data for load orders, quality, claims, demurrage and dispatch cases. Develop and cultivate relationships with medium accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners. Work with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements. Work with 3 rd party fumigators, surveyors and laboratories to schedule appointments and obtain required certificates for export of the vessel. Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations. Prepare, review, approve and maintain files for export documents. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
