Director, Controllership - Technical Accounting

• Lead technical accounting strategy and execution to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls across complex business areas.

This role partners with cross-functional leaders to interpret accounting standards, advise on strategic initiatives, and strengthen financial processes that support scalable, compliant growth. About the Team The Technical Accounting team ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting by interpreting accounting standards and providing guidance on complex transactions and business initiatives. Partnering closely with finance, operations, and external stakeholders, the team drives compliance, strengthens controls, and enables informed decision-making. This role plays a key part in supporting scalable growth while maintaining high standards of financial governance and accountability.
