This role reports directly to the SVP of Financial Operations and carries meaningful influence across the organization, overseeing two Controllers and a broader team of approximately 20 accounting professionals. Schedule Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Compensation $130,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience. What You'll Do In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, directly supervising two Controllers who manage day-to-day staff operations. You will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial reporting across a complex multi-entity environment, and you will serve as the organization's senior technical accounting resource on matters ranging from internal controls to audit support. A significant part of this position involves driving operational improvement. You will standardize workflows, build out KPIs and reporting dashboards, and lead technology enhancements to the accounting system. You will also support SSAE 18 and SOC compliance efforts and play a key role in accounting integrations related to acquisitions. You will work cross-functionally with operations, IT, training, and business development teams, and you will regularly present financial information to senior leadership. Coaching and mentoring the Controllers and broader accounting staff is a core expectation of the role, as is modeling a disciplined, process-oriented approach to departmental leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5 or more years of progressive accounting leadership experience Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity accounting environments Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, macros, and large data set analysis Experience leading teams through process improvement and systems change Familiarity with
SSAE 18 / SOC
