Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $80.00 to $100.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and ensure accurate application of accounting standards. Research and interpret accounting rules and support proper financial reporting across the organization. Prepare detailed documentation and analyses for significant accounting matters and key business activities. Support audit processes by coordinating responses providing documentation and addressing technical questions. Partner with finance and business leaders to incorporate accounting considerations into operational and strategic decisions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a related field. Bring extensive experience in technical accounting with strong knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements. Demonstrate ability to research complex topics and communicate conclusions clearly. Collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision making without direct authority. Manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast paced and evolving environment.
Qualifications:
Maintain and update accounting policies to ensure consistency clarity and alignment with industry standards. Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance internal controls and reporting practices. Develop training materials and deliver guidance to improve accounting knowledge across teams. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide support on strategic initiatives including acquisitions.
