TPC is an international premier debt financier in the film and television industry offering an array of complementary services including tax credit advisory, brokerage, legal delivery, and post-production accounting. We make content creators' ideas a reality by leveraging our exceptional services in support of their creative projects. We are currently in search of a Vice President, Finance and Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who can multi-task and stay organized across a variety of tasks and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Work in collaboration with the company's Controller to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities including amortization schedules, journal entry, expenditure analysis, etc. Team with company personnel in Film/TV financing, Commercial Incentives, Content Sales and Acquisitions, Brokerage, Film Advisory Services. Collaborate with outside tax and audit firms for tax filings and audits in the US, Australia, Canada and the UK. Provide assistance with general Finance and Accounting functions including: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Cash Management Tax management Third party reporting Vendor/Contractor Management Perform financial, M&A, and other ad hoc analyses as required by the CEO, CFO or other senior executives. Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimal results. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of relevant finance/accounting experience High level of proficiency in Excel Experience with QuickBooks and/or Xero a plus Ability to multi-task and work independently Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's Degree
