Job Description:
The Director of Accounting will be responsible for all business unit revenue streams and accounting functions. 4 days Onsite and remote on Fridays. Position is eligible for 15% annual bonus. 170k-180k base salary. Ideal candidate will have the following: 10 years experience and 5 yrs management Accounting and Reporting for Real Estate Portfolio and all business units Complex revenue and real estate transactions, settlement processes, and facility management accounting. Lead external audit and manage accounting staff, Revenue and lease accounting expert, manage all fixed assets, Manage all revenue and contractual distribution, ASC 606 and
ASC 842 CPA
required, public accounting and corporate accounting mix, commercial real estate accounting.
