Director of Accounting Salary:
$120,000–$150,000
Location:

Director of Accounting:
  • Lead Accounting and Billing functions, including two Associate Directors and their teams
  • Oversee financial reporting, billing operations, and compliance with GAAP and federal regulations
  • Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, planning, and organizational initiatives
  • Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and automation efforts
  • Maintain internal controls, cash management, and audit readiness
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight as Director of Accounting Qualifications for the
Director of Accounting:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Leadership experience in accounting and/or billing within a complex nonprofit
  • Proven ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing teams as a Director of Accounting
  • Strong technical skills, ideally including NetSuite experience EB-1385940862
