Director of Accounting Salary:

Director of Accounting:
- Lead Accounting and Billing functions, including two Associate Directors and their teams
- Oversee financial reporting, billing operations, and compliance with GAAP and federal regulations
- Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, planning, and organizational initiatives
- Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and automation efforts
- Maintain internal controls, cash management, and audit readiness
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight as Director of Accounting Qualifications for the
Director of Accounting:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Leadership experience in accounting and/or billing within a complex nonprofit
- Proven ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing teams as a Director of Accounting
