This role sits at the center of a global finance transformation, leading accounting operations while driving implementations and IPO readiness initiatives. The position requires a hands-on leader who can bridge technical accounting, systems transformation, and strategic execution. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead global accounting operations including close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger governance across multiple systems Drive SAP implementation, overseeing design and optimization of finance modules while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders Ensure IPO readiness through SOX compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting Lead transformation initiatives including process automation, system integrations, and team development across finance functionsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; active CPA required10+ years of accounting experience with leadership in complex, multi-ERP environments7+ years of hands-on SAP (S4Hana preferred) experience, including implementation Strong knowledge ofUS GAAP, SOX
compliance, and financial systems with proven leadership and change management skills Qualified, local candidates should apply today for immediate consideration.
