Work Model:
On-Site What You Will Do:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and review financial statements and journal entries in accordance with GAAP while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance Perform account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support tax compliance and reporting requirements Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and documentation while improving systems and processes, including ERP enhancements Coordinate external audits and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial trend evaluation What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 8+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA certification preferred
