at Huaiji Engine Valve USA Inc. in Aurora, Illinois, United States Job Description Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense processing, and lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manage revenue and cost of revenue recognition processes, including reconciliations and reporting. Oversee the proper accounting of inventory transactions, cost of goods sold, and inventory valuation. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP, and support reporting needs for leadership and board presentations. Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures, ensure the integrity of data across accounting systems, and support audit readiness. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements, and act as a liaison with external auditors, tax professionals, and legal counsel. Partner with the CFO and purchasing team to analyze margin, product mix, and distribution costs. Collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership to develop budgets and rolling forecasts, track performance, analyze variances, and provide strategic insights. Conduct analyses to support pricing, profitability, and client margin initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor - Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field of study; will accept equivalent of foreign degree.

Experience:

Two (2) years in the position above, Audit Manager or in a related accounting role; Experience must include: 1. Conducting fraud interviews; 2. Analyzing and verifying annual reports and financial statements; 3. Writing detailed reports and memorandums on audit filings; 4. Planning and performing audits for Security and Exchange Commission.

Location:

2605 White Oak Circle, Suite A, Aurora, Illinois, 60502. Remote position, work can be performed anywhere in the U.S. Domestic travel to Aurora, Illinois or Marlboro, New Jersey required 10% of the time for training and all employee meeting.

Salary:
