Job Description Position Summary The Director of Consolidations Accounting is responsible for leading the global financial consolidation and external reporting processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across multiple legal entities, business units, and geographic regions. This role oversees the consolidation of financial results, intercompany accounting, corporate close activities, accounting policy implementation, and collaboration with finance, tax, treasury, FP&A, and external auditors. The Director serves as a key advisor on complex accounting matters and drives continuous improvement of consolidation processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Financial Consolidation & Close Management Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for all domestic and international subsidiaries. Ensure accurate elimination of intercompany transactions, investments, and balances. Manage the corporate close calendar and coordinate activities across accounting teams and business units. Review consolidated financial statements, supporting schedules, and management reporting packages. Oversee consolidation adjustments, foreign currency translation, and equity accounting activities. Financial Reporting Support preparation of financial statements in accordance with
U.S. GAAP.
Review footnote disclosures and technical accounting analyses. Technical Accounting & Compliance Research and interpret accounting guidance related to consolidations, business combinations, foreign operations, and complex transactions. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Coordinate audits with external auditors and internal audit teams. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consolidation and reporting professionals. Establish performance goals and development plans for team members. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Manage resource planning and organizational growth within the function. Systems & Process Improvement Drive optimization of consolidation and reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS). Lead system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives. Improve close efficiency, reporting accuracy, and scalability of processes. Partner with Finance Transformation and IT teams on strategic projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and regional finance teams. Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational restructurings. Provide accounting guidance on strategic transactions and business initiatives. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Big 4 Audit experience CPA certification required. Experience 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant consolidation and financial reporting responsibilities. 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams. Public accounting experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm strongly preferred. Experience in a multinational, publicly traded company preferred. Technical Skills Deep knowledge of

Strong understanding of consolidation accounting, foreign currency translation, and intercompany eliminations. Advanced proficiency with ERP and consolidation systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, or Workday. Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
