This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to step into a high-impact, entrepreneurial role , working directly with complex client structures while helping shape processes, reporting, and future team growth. Key Responsibilities for the
Director of Accounting:
Lead accounting and financial reporting across multiple client entities (LLCs, trusts, and related structures) Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, cash flow reporting, and related analyses Oversee trust and/or foundation accounting activities and ensure proper documentation and compliance Manage internal accounting functions and support leadership with financial insights Assist with process development and contribute to building a scalable accounting function Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (tax, legal, advisory) Qualifications for the
Director of Accounting:
8+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting, private industry, or family office environment) Experience with complex, multi-entity financial structures preferred CPA or CPA-track a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage sensitive financial information Comfortable operating in a hands-on, evolving environment with high visibility
