We are seeking a Director of Accounting / Finance to join our administrative team in Cranford, New Jersey. As Director of Accounting / Finance, you are a critical administrative team member and, accordingly, you will work closely with our chief executive officer, chief risk officer and chief operating officer and outside professionals/vendors including a national advisory/public accounting firm. You will analyze accounts payable/receivable, maintain the general ledger and balance sheets and prepare profit and loss statements. Furthermore, you will organize and process invoices and oversee payroll as well as prepare operative budgets. In this position, you will supervise a bookkeeping team. Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance. Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills The ability to listen, communicate and relate to others on a personal level. Proficiency with computers and software including QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word 5+ years experience required. Experience in healthcare space a plus, but, not required or necessary.
