Job Description

Experience:
Director Salary:
$135,000 - $180,000 per year Job Details - The Director of Finance & Accounting is a key member of the finance leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance, overseeing accounting operations, and supporting business decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop members of the finance and accounting team. Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process. Lead annual budgeting efforts and ongoing financial forecasting activities. Conduct profitability analyses across customers, products, categories, and business segments. Evaluate pricing strategies for new and existing products and services. Analyze financial results and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics for executives, department leaders, and other stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and support data-driven decision-making. Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong background in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and pricing strategy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
Preferred:
CPA and/or MBA. Experience with multi-entity accounting and foreign currency consolidations. Manufacturing industry experience. Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
