Job Summary:
This job is responsible for leading the strategic design, analysis, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. They partner with cross-functional leadership to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and align business processes with organizational priorities. Serving as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, the Director ensures robust governance, implements best practices, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement that delivers measurable results.Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, analysis, and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align process improvements with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Identify, assess, and resolve complex business process challenges, driving sustainable improvements and measurable business outcomes. Oversee governance frameworks and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to implement large-scale process improvement initiatives with significant impact on cost, quality, and productivity. Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor key process metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization. Lead user acceptance testing and change management efforts to ensure adoption of improved processes and tools. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, coaching teams and leaders on process improvement best practices and methodologies. Establish and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices to promote operational consistency and scalability. Prepare and present detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership on process performance and improvement opportunities.Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications :
Create and maintain an ongoing process that identifies transformational priorities. This includes managing the decision governance process for process, system design, resource requirements and resource allocations to transformational priorities. Partner closely with senior leaders across the Finance organization to fully align with needs, develop the strategic transformation roadmap and establish governance that will help scale our business and support growth opportunities Partner with leaders to prioritize programs, assess opportunities, and ensure resourcing. Collaborate with process owners to define best practices, connect end to end process flows, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Engineering on solutions and support Finance teams in developing and deploying new tools and processes Create a culture of accountability to ensure the implementation of the scope, budget, schedule, and quality of transformational priorities. Consider the dependencies for change management by providing resources and creating confidence in the organization's ability to successfully manage change. Accountability for realizing value from implementing both quick wins and mid/longer term initiatives. Leading and managing detailed, well formulated transformative project work. Experience leading the complete Record to Report, Subledger and Management Reporting processes Partner with stakeholders including finance, accounting, engineering, and business units to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions. Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP S/4 Hana, SAP FPSL/Bank Analyzer, BW4HANA) Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projectsSubsidiary:
