Position Summary Leads financial operations with a focus on manufacturer formulary rebates and related revenue. Ensures accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with accounting standards. Manages and develops a high‑performing finance team and partners with leadership to support planning and decision‑making. What You'll Do Oversee the preparation and review of accurate, timely financial statements. Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and working capital planning Partner with senior leaders on financial strategy and long‑term planning. Communicate financial results, forecasts, and key metrics to stakeholders. Improve accounting systems and tools to streamline processes and reporting. Manage, develop, and evaluate team performance. Lead workforce planning and succession efforts to support business needs. Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant work experience. Strong execution, planning, and delivery skills. Experience with business intelligence and financial analysis. Proven collaboration and teamwork skills. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Growth mindset with experience developing others. Preferred Qualifications CPA preferred Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
