Job Description

  • Description
  • Director of Accounting & Finance
  • Lead the numbers.
Influence the business. Drive impact. This is not a back-office role. We're looking for a Director of Accounting & Finance who sees beyond the close, beyond compliance, and beyond the spreadsheet. Someone who understands that how the business performs is directly tied to how clearly we see it. You'll own the financial backbone of our Ecommerce division. From accounting integrity to forecasting precision, from audit readiness to strategic insight. And you'll lead a team that makes it all happen. If you're a builder, a driver of accountability, and someone who turns financial data into business decisions, this is your seat at the table.
  • What You'll Own
  • _Financial Leadership & Integrity_
  • Lead all domestic and international accounting operations across the Ecommerce division

  • Deliver financials that leadership trusts to make decisions _Business Partnership & Insight_
  • Translate financial performance into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership

  • Manage transfer pricing and international accounting requirements _Leadership & Team Development_
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team
  • Create clarity, accountability, and ownership across the function
  • Partner with HR to assess, hire, and grow talent
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and performance _Process Optimization_

  • Improve systems, reporting, and workflows to increase speed and accuracy
  • Leverage ERP and BI tools to elevate financial visibility
  • What You Bring
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
  • Strong background in manufacturing environments and cost structures
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with international accounting and remeasurement
  • Proven leadership. You've built teams, not just managed them
  • Ability to influence and communicate with executive leadership
  • Track record of improving processes, systems, and outcomes
  • Required:
  • CPA
  • Bachelor's (or Master's) in Accounting or Finance
  • Preferred:
  • Public company and SOX experience
  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor, etc.)
  • BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power Query) and SQL exposure

It's about elevating the function and strengthening the business.
