Job Summary Provides front-line customer service to students, families, and the public regarding financial aid, including guidance on application, renewal, and retention processes through in-person and live chat support. Performs administrative functions such as report processing, document management, and general office support. Assists with financial aid outreach efforts, including workshops and high school visits, to help students complete FAFSA applications and understand available aid options. See "How to Apply" section.   • Greet and assist students, parents, staff, faculty, and the general public regarding financial aid at the front counter. Assist students via our live chat services. Explain the application process, renewal, and retention of financial aid 40%
  • Work on various financial aid reports, scanning, document processing, and other duties as assigned. 15%
  • Assists with Financial Aid Workshops, which consist of guiding students on how to complete FAFSA applications, and High School visits with the Outreach Specialist.
