Position Summary Department Summary The Financial Aid Department us part of the Strategic Enrollment management division. The Financial Aid Office strives to provide students with the information and resources they need to achieve their post-secondary educational goals. Minimum Requirements Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum one year of customer service or student services experience ( as a student or professional capacity). Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings. Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. Preferred Qualifications Financial Aid experience Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations. Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information. Familiarity with Veterans educational benefits
