Minimum Requirements Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum one year of customer service or student services experience ( as a student or professional capacity). Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings. Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. Preferred Qualifications Financial Aid experience Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations. Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
