Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Aid Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing student ledgers, posting charges, and ensuring accurate financial records of student files.
Responsibilities:
 Post charges on student ledgers in a timely and accurate manner.  Keep student ledgers up to date and reconcile discrepancies.  Collect required documents from students for financial aid processing.  Provide excellent customer service to students and address any inquiries.  Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or president.
Qualifications:
 Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  Minimum of five years of accounting experience.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with the following schedule: Monday to
Friday:
9:00 am to 5:00 pm
