Role:

This is an onsite, student-facing position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. Schedule Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week No nights Two Saturdays per month (alternating with Fridays off) Join our team as a Financial Aid and help students achieve their educational goals! This position focuses on front-end support, guiding students through the financial aid process with exceptional customer service. Position Summary We are seeking a Student Financial Aid Liaison to serve as the first point of contact for new students. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and student engagement to ensure a smooth enrollment and financial aid experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist students and parents with financial aid eligibility and documentation. Schedule and conduct initial financial aid appointments. Ensure timely completion of student files and maintain compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred) High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred. Minimum 1 year of Financial Aid experience . Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CampusVue experience a plus.
