Job Description
Responsibilities Support month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Perform account analysis and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Prepare management reports, KPIs, financial metrics, and variance analyses. Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, and compliance initiatives. Maintain and support internal controls and SOX-related processes. Partner with operations teams to analyze manufacturing costs and operational performance. Identify and implement process improvements within finance and reporting workflows. Utilize SAP financial modules to support reporting, cost tracking, and financial data integrity. Assist with reporting enhancements and reporting structure optimization. Develop and maintain reporting tools using Excel and business intelligence solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience. Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment. Strong month-end close experience. Hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience supporting SOX compliance and internal controls.
