Client Overview:
Vernovis is partnering with a global sourcing and apparel organization headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. With more than 440 associates across 10 countries, our client has over 40 years of experience delivering sourcing, production oversight, design, distribution, and manufacturing management services to customers around the world.
What You'll Do:
Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. Produce recurring financial reports, including key performance metrics, financial results, and variance analysis. Identify financial risks and opportunities across the organization and provide actionable insights. Assist with the maintenance of current financial management systems and support future platform development initiatives. Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making. Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and support for special projects as needed.
What Experience You'll Have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2-4 years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. What Experience is Nice to

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting processes. Experience working within a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Exposure to financial management systems and reporting platforms.
