Job Description

Fiscal Support Analyst at University of Arkansas - Fayetteville in Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States Job Description The Fiscal Support Analyst assists the Fiscal Support Supervisor with projects and administrative duties. This position assists the Fiscal Support Supervisor in researching and updating customer accounts on a daily basis; helps coordinate, update, and maintain all permit databases; assists in handling all permit allocations for Resident Reserved, Employee Reserved, and the Garages; helps maintain full occupancy in all lots and garages; helps coordinate with the fraternities and sororities in order to keep their lots at full capacity; and coordinates and maintains meter codes for the campus. This position also audits all voided citation reports as well as the monthly payroll deduction report. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field At least two years of experience in a specialized or a related field applicable to work performed Applicable equivalencies may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution of higher education
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of the principles and practices of mathematics and statistics, work-related subject area, and computers and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to prepare, present, and review oral and written information and reports; research and analyze related work program information; develop, recommend, interpret, and apply policies and procedures; analyze financial records and prepare reports; and plan, organize, and direct the work of others The University of Arkansas is an equal opportunity, affirmative action institution.
