Make an impact at the intersection of IT and Finance We are seeking an IT Financial Management Analyst who thrives on turning data into insight and driving smarter technology investment decisions. In this role, you will partner across IT, Finance, and business leadership to bring visibility, accountability, and optimization to IT spend. If you enjoy building financial models, improving cost transparency, and influencing technology strategy, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape how IT investments scale with business growth. What you will do Drive IT financial planning and insight Partner with IT and Finance to build, manage, and track OpEx and CapEx budgets Perform monthly variance analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities Develop TCO models to support new technology investments and cloud initiatives Improve cost transparency and accountability Own and enhance IT chargeback and showback models Deliver clear reporting to business leaders on IT consumption and spend Optimize cloud and SaaS spend (FinOps) Monitor Azure usage, tagging, and cost trends Identify anomalies, waste, and optimization opportunities Track SaaS usage and renewals to eliminate unused licenses and reduce redundancy Manage vendors and contracts Maintain a centralized IT contract repository Proactively manage renewals, renegotiations, and sourcing opportunities Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies Partner with Procurement on licensing and vendor strategy Support IT asset management and growth initiatives Align financial data with IT asset inventory Support M&A due diligence, including contract review and integration cost analysis What you bring Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT 3 to 5 years of experience in IT financial management, procurement, or financial operations Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and lookups Experience with SaaS agreements, contracts, or MSAs Familiarity with ITSM or asset management tools such as ServiceNow or Freshservice Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership Preferred Experience with Azure cost management or FinOps practices Power BI or SQL for reporting and dashboards Knowledge of ITIL or TBM frameworks Experience in construction, industrial services, or energy environments Why join Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Professional development opportunities A collaborative, growth-focused environment where your impact is visible Ready to apply If you are motivated by ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to influence how IT investments drive business success, we would love to connect.
