Job Description

At Zoodealio, we don't play small. We operate at scale, working with hundreds of real estate agents across the country and managing hundreds of properties at different stages of the transaction process. Our Cash+ program helps homeowners unlock more value from their homes through renovation, resale strategy, and smart execution. This is not a slow-paced role. We are looking for a Real Estate Asset Manager who thrives in the middle of the action. Someone who can juggle deals, negotiate tough contracts, manage agents and escrows, and keep transactions moving forward no matter what obstacles appear. You are the kind of person who runs toward problems, not away from them . You wake up ready to solve things. You can switch from reviewing a settlement statement to negotiating a contract to putting out a transaction fire without missing a beat. You are a driver. What You'll Do You will oversee and manage a national portfolio of properties moving through acquisition, renovation, listing, and resale. Every day will look different. Every deal will bring new challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing hundreds of real estate transactions nationwide from acquisition through final resale Reviewing property values and comping homes to verify pricing and resale strategy Negotiating purchase agreements, addendums, and contract terms Working directly with agents to ensure listing agreements, pricing strategies, and marketing plans are correct Monitoring escrows and keeping transactions moving toward closing Working with capital providers to request funding and creating funding documents Reviewing settlement statements for accuracy and financial integrity Managing the final Cash+ settlement process and reserve disbursements Communicating with agents, title companies, lenders, and contractors to keep deals on track Solving problems quickly when issues arise in escrow, inspection, financing, or title Maintaining visibility across a large portfolio of active deals at different stages Making judgment calls when timing, negotiation, or strategy matters You're a Great Fit If … You are a closer and operator, not just an administrator. You likely:
Have deep experience in real estate transactions and understand the full lifecycle of a deal Can confidently comp properties and analyze value Are comfortable negotiating contracts and handling difficult conversations Can manage a high volume of simultaneous transactions Thrive under pressure and can switch from one urgent issue to another quickly Have the confidence to push deals forward when others stall Are highly organized but also decisive Communicate clearly and directly with agents, vendors, and internal teams Take ownership of outcomes Requirements Strong experience in real estate transactions, acquisitions, or asset management Deep understanding of the entire real estate transaction process Ability to review and interpret contracts, settlement statements, and listing agreements Experience negotiating contracts and resolving transaction issues Strong analytical skills for pricing and comping properties Comfortable working with hundreds of properties and agents nationwide Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
