Job Description:

Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager Phoenix, AZ We're a privately held commercial real estate investment firm with over $1B in AUM , focused on office and industrial assets, and we're looking for a hands-on Asset Manager who wants to operate-not just oversee. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with leadership, with responsibility across both asset performance and select acquisitions . What You'll Do Own day-to-day asset performance across a diversified office & industrial portfolio Drive NOI growth through leasing strategy, expense control, and execution Work directly with property managers, brokers, and vendors to actively operate assets Lead capital projects, tenant improvements, and lease negotiations Build and manage budgets, reforecasts, and asset-level financial models Support acquisitions including underwriting, due diligence, and execution Assist with refinancing, dispositions, and investor reporting What We're Looking For 5-10+ years in commercial real estate (asset management, acquisitions, or operations) Direct experience with office and/or industrial assets Strong financial and analytical skills (Excel required; ARGUS a plus) Background in a lean, entrepreneurial environment preferred Ownership mentality with the ability to execute and problem-solve in real time Compensation (Phoenix | $1B Platform)

Base Salary:

$110,000 - $125,000 plus bonus
