Senior Financial Analyst Scottsdale , AZ Contract Finance $40/HR to $50/HR 06/12/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $50.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting forecasting and long range planning processes to support financial strategy and performance visibility. Build and maintain financial models to project revenue expenses and key business drivers. Analyze financial results identify variances and provide clear recommendations to support decisions. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports including dashboards that highlight trends and key performance metrics. Partner with cross functional teams to evaluate initiatives support planning efforts and drive operational improvements.

Requirements:

Hold a bachelor degree in finance accounting business or a related field. Bring four to seven or more years of experience in financial analysis planning or similar roles. Demonstrate strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non financial stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

Translate financial data into actionable insights that support leadership decision making. Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis business case development and performance tracking. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems reports and financial processes. Improve reporting workflows by implementing automation tools and enhancing data visualization methods.
