Full Job Description Asset Management Analyst Location:
Chino, CA Salary:
$70,000 annually

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00

What You'll Be Doing As an Asset Management Analyst , you'll play a key role in driving portfolio performance and supporting strategic decisions. You'll partner closely with teams across asset management, property management, leasing, and finance.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing financials, budgets, and forecasts Tracking performance and preparing reports Reviewing leases and vendor agreements Conducting market research and supporting investment decisions Collaborating across departments to improve asset value and efficiency What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field 1-3+ years of relevant experience Strong Excel and analytical skills Real estate knowledge is a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
