  • Retirement Plans This position supports a Financial Advisor/Retirement Plan Consultant team by performing investment due diligence and reporting in support of our retirement plan sponsor clients.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in institutional manager research, financial due diligence, multi-asset portfolio design, trading models and qualified retirement plan oversight. In this role, you will: Support the team in all aspects of its responsibilities including but not limited to oversight of investment managers, adherence to applicable laws and regulations, and evaluation of retirement plan design. Perform initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of third-party investment managers (mutual funds, ETF's, CITs, etc.) consistent with established procedures using both quantitative and qualitative criteria. Play a key role in evaluating new investment managers and ensuring process quality and integrity. Attend and document structured ongoing investment manager reviews presented by the Retirement Plan Consultant to corporate and government clients using both qualitative and quantitative criteria. Contribute to the implementation of investment manager changes, including coordination with internal and external partners. Support the monitoring of Plans for adherence to guidelines, including rebalancing and liquidity raising activities as needed. Evaluate the design and monitor the effectiveness of multi-asset portfolios. Be a key contributor in developing, enhancing, and delivering materials for scheduled reporting and ad hoc projects to be reviewed with the Plans investment fiduciaries.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Investment Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
Desired Qualifications:
High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, including statistical andperformance analytics on investments. Some understanding of qualified retirement plans, primarily defined contribution plans Demonstrated experience with asset allocation and portfolio construction within a multi-asset framework. Ability to create and rebalance portfolio models. Project management experience and proven ability to meet deadlines and objectives. Experience with Morningstar and Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel is preferred Some knowledge and experience with one or more of the following investment evaluation tools: FI360,
Plan Tools, RPAG, or Zephyr Style Advisor Work Location:
