THE OPPORTUNITY
The Treasury Services Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting first‑line‑of‑defense risk management, fraud prevention, and operational control activities within Treasury Management Operations. This role can assist with ACH Origination renewals, high‑risk monitoring, and related research activities, while also reviewing online banking access concerns, processing legal requests, and supporting payment limit change reviews. The analyst completes assigned first‑line‑of‑defense tasks, contributes to departmental certifications, and helps maintain accurate risk and compliance documentation. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Continuously review, identify, assess and recommend changes to management to enhance fraud management policy, procedures, process design and controls. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client‑focused Treasury Management services Ensure all processes are performed in accordance with established service levels, adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with projects, conversions, elevations and implementations. Business Online, if applicable: Create or produce periodic and ad-hoc reports related to business online banking activity. Review and research access related issues, including suspicious login activity, entitlement concerns for indicators and account were compromised. Review and support payment limit changes by validating documentation, confirming approvals, and coordinating updates with appropriate teams. Follow all established policies and procedures. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience:
Minimum 3years of relevant back‑office banking experience, with a focus on Online Banking and ACH operations. Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services Experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or operational controls within treasury management or commercial banking preferred
Skills, Behaviors, & Knowledge:
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client protection and experience required Professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High attention to detail and strong analytical judgment. High School diploma or equivalent required

The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
