Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and oversee standard cost systems, including material, labor, and overhead rates Drive revenue and cost of revenue month-end close process by creating and validating accruals, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring policy compliance and developing standard reports Analyze manufacturing variances (price, usage, labor, overhead burden) and provide actionable insights Partner with operations to identify cost reduction opportunities and process & engineering improvements, including tracking of any savings once implemented Lead cost components of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Be a power user of Dynamics 365
Business Central:
consolidation, build reports for products or departments Support leadership with consolidated financial analysis and forecasting activities, including cash flow planning at a global level Optimize quarterly close timelines and implement scalable processes Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
About You:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master's degree or CPA a plus) 5+ years of experience, or 3+ years of experience with master's degree in manufacturing or tech industry experience, or public firm experience, preferred in FP&A, cost management, or accounting roles Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel Exposure to automation, AI tools or data pipelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team
