Job Description:
TREASURY OPERATIONS ANALYST
Reports to:
Manager Compensation:
$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Essential Functions:
Supports daily treasury operations, including preparation of cash movement requests related to funding and payment activity Prepare and process wire, ACH, and other payment requests in accordance with company policies and approval requirements Process accounts payable payments through Ramp, including vendor payment setup, payment preparation/verification, approval tracking, and maintenance of supporting documentation. Ensure Ramp cards and Expensify employee report activity is properly supported, coded, approved, and aligned with policy Maintain accurate payment documentation, including support, approvals, bank confirmations and related audit trail Partner with other departments to ensure timely and accurate funding, payment, and reimbursement activity Assist with cash account reconciliations, and research reconciling items or transaction discrepancies Perform other duties as assigned
Competencies/Skills:
Strong attention to detail Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines Ability to handle confidential banking, vendor, and employee payment information with discretion Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners Demonstrates accountability, follow-through, and sound judgment in preparing work that is accurate, complete, and well-supported Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow procedures and identify opportunities to improve workflows
Education and Experience:
1-3+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, accounting, banking, payment processing or finance operations Experience with AP and expense management platforms or similar systems preferred Financial services, mortgage lending, real estate finance, or private credit experience a plus Experience with AP and expense management platforms such as Ramp, Expensify, Bill.com, Concur, or similar systems preferred
