340B Finance Analyst ???? Full-Time | Healthcare Finance | Ryan White Clinic Environment About the Role Men's Health Foundation is seeking a 340B Finance Analyst to manage financial reconciliation, compliance, and reporting for its in-house medication program. This role sits across Finance, Pharmacy, and Clinical Operations, ensuring accurate billing, revenue integrity, and full compliance with 340B and Ryan White program requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end financial oversight of the 340B medication program Perform reconciliation of purchasing, dispensing, and billing data Ensure accurate bill-to/ship-to workflows and resolve discrepancies Monitor revenue, savings, utilization, and compliance metrics Support HRSA audit readiness and maintain documentation Validate billing accuracy and revenue classification (340B vs non-340B) Prepare reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for leadership Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking Collaborate with Finance, Pharmacy, and Clinical teams to improve processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field 3+ years of healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or 340B program experience Strong knowledge of 340B compliance and healthcare billing workflows Experience with reconciliation, revenue validation, and reporting Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
