The DCV Asset Management Team oversees and impacts a growing portfolio; To date, DCV and its affiliates have acquired over 100 buildings across 30+ different projects. The portfolio totals nearly 3,000,000 square feet in addition to 26 acres of industrial and mixed-use residential land. Members of the team support the acquisition, development, operation, and disposition of these assets, reporting directly to the managing principal. Role and Impact - Duke Capital Ventures is seeking a detail oriented and motivated professional to support its asset management team in managing multiple commercial real estate assets. This individual will be expected to do all/some of the following: Collaborate with asset management and accounting teams on operational needs Support new business initiatives Perform debt/equity analysis + financial modeling Support development projects by projecting / tracking costs Support the lead underwriter on asset analysis and financial modeling Perform and deliver market research and analysis We are Looking for - Required - Ability to interface with important third-party entities including legal professionals, contractors, financial institutions, brokers, etc. Proficient in mathematics / quantitative skills Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills High energy; takes initiative; ability to work in a dynamic environment A culture focused individual with a successful track record working as a member of a team Bachelor's degree in economics, business finance, accounting, or management Ability to effectively utilize MS PowerPoint and Excel Encouraged - Experience with property / construction management software Experience with industrial / multifamily asset and / or property management Experience with multi-use or SFR construction projects About Duke Capital Ventures - Duke Capital Ventures (DCV) is a Silicon Valley-based real estate private equity firm located in Mountain View, California. DCV is an experienced value-add operator, providing accredited investors with access to commercial real estate investments across the United States. The asset management and accounting teams work these investments from acquisition through disposition. DCV team members bring a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset; They impact assets and investors through their individual actions and initiative. This is an office-based position for Mountain View, CA. Salary is commensurate with experience and ranges annually from USD $70,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 (1099). The role is eligible for discretionary bonus(es). DCV operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy, and your total compensation may vary based on individual performance and prior experience.
