Job Description

  • Only qualified FP&A candidates located near the Mountain View, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
  • Required Education:
  • Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.
)
Required Skills:
  • FP&A background (not accounting-focused)
  • Junior level, around 3 years of experience
  • SaaS Revenue Model Build - Designing and building a new unified SaaS model that works across all SKUs, supporting product expansion as our portfolio grows, with upgrade/downgrade dynamics and add-on revenue streams built in
  • Consumption-Based Modeling - Developing models around usage/consumption-driven revenue patterns
  • Strong, hands-on financial modeling skills
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools in their workflow (e.
g., using AI for data analysis, model building, or automation)
Description:
  • Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Determines the cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data
  • Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Guides the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
  • Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
  • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials
  • Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements
  • Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
