Job Summary The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting national programming initiatives and assisting with client-driven projects as needed. This role is responsible for ensuring all project components are well-organized, executed on time, and aligned with defined deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will leverage tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and (ideally) Smartsheet to build presentations, track progress, and maintain project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Develop and maintain project tracking systems and performance databases to monitor progress and milestone achievement Assign and monitor resources effectively to drive efficiency and maximize output Identify project risks, provide regular updates, and escalate issues as needed in alignment with project plans Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and external resources Support the implementation and communication of Bon Appétit's best practices and overall philosophy This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused results.

Qualifications:
