Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications:
Experience in management, reporting and analysis on product costing and other cost of goods sold working knowledge of AI tools, SAP, tableau. Experience working in a corporate FP&A at a fast paced/high growth technology company in hardware finance or operations space. Experience with regularly presenting to executive management organized, strategically focused, detail oriented and exceptional communication skills. Strong track record of partnership and collaboration across stakeholders. Impeccable business judgment, strong conviction and confidence to communicate and influence effectively with business partners. Ability to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support. Your responsibilities will include designing/improving critical financial infrastructure to support the business, track performance and optimize cost structures. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Own budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly close activities for device and hardware product COGS. Build complex models and provide analytical support on business cases, feature tradeoffs, and infrastructure optimization to drive portfolio efficiencies. Partner across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and finance teams to establish cost targets and monitor COGS performance trends. Participate in management discussions to influence decision-making through analytical insight into profit and loss outcomes, profitability, and resource allocation. Partner with functional teams to identify industry and business trends that could pose financial risks to the company. Improve existing and implement initiatives, processes, and policies to increase efficiency and enable scalable growth. Manage operational cadence for the hardware portfolio, including long-range plan and annual operating plan cycles. Drive AI integration within workflows to reduce manual effort, improve forecasting accuracy, and automate plan inputs.
