We provide developers and sponsors with a comprehensive suite of services, from deal structuring and due diligence to turnaround consulting and investment monitoring.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Jr. Financial Analyst to support our investment and advisory team. This entry-level position is ideal for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, looking to grow within a fast-paced financial and real estate environment. Knowledge of Chinese is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling and data analysis to support investment decisions. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and due diligence materials. Perform market research and analyze industry trends to support projects. Monitor investment performance and provide regular updates to the management team. Support senior analysts and managers with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
