The role involved end‑to‑end trade execution, account rebalancing, and analytical support across public and private investment vehicles while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Execute directed equity and fixed‑income trades and rebalance client portfolios in accordance with portfolio manager instructions and investment models. Manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade entry across multiple platforms, execution monitoring, confirmation, settlement, and issue resolution. Maintain, update, and monitor investment models to ensure alignment with portfolio strategies and asset allocation targets. Conduct trade analysis and produce daily trading activity logs to support portfolio oversight and audit requirements. Coordinate cash transfers between primary and sub‑accounts to support portfolio liquidity and trading needs. Process private equity capital calls and distributions, ensuring timely and accurate transaction execution. Assist with special projects, including investment research, operational reviews, and process improvements. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of financial markets, equities, fixed income securities, and trading operations. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Bloomberg or FactSet preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume environment. Strong analytical, communication, and independent decision‑making capabilities. Team‑oriented, service‑focused professional with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
