Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making in Petaluma, California. This role focuses on turning complex financial data into clear insights, building robust models, and helping business leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver meaningful analysis in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; validate assumptions and consolidate data + Analyze variances, KPIs, and trends (MoM/YTD); provide clear insights + Partner with cross-functional teams to support data accuracy and business performance + Serve as key finance contact for operations and support FP& A reporting and planning + Improve financial models, processes, and reporting efficiency + Deliver data-driven insights and support initiatives (e.g., systems, M& A, IPO readiness) + Align financial plans with strategy and promote collaboration within finance Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA required + 3+ years FP& A or corporate finance experience (industry or advisory); tech/legal a plus + Strong financial modeling (budgeting, forecasting, scenarios) and advanced Excel skills + Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and ability to present to leadership + Good understanding of financial reporting and FP& A linkage + Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments + Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
