Bright Lake Wealth Management in Redding, CA is seeking to add a Financial Analyst to our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term, grow their technical knowledge, and contribute to the continued growth of our business.
Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to support the advisor team and existing client base through client service, account analysis, money movement tracking, appointment preparation, and financial planning support. This role includes assisting with client service requests such as beneficiary changes, withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, tracking transfers and money movement, preparing client account summaries for review meetings, preparing advisors for client appointments, and helping ensure issued accounts are ready for delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree preferred 1+ years of Financial industry experience preferred 2+ years working in a fast-paced office environment preferred Phone-based client service experience preferred CRM experience a plus — Salesforce preferred
Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst will be expected to have consistent follow-through, build relationships with prospects and clients, support the advisor team, and help prepare for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include: Complete service requests and help resolve client issues Review and input client data into CRM and keep records updated Coordinate and follow up on client transfers and money movement Assist with setup at workshops Prepare and review client paperwork for processing with accuracy Prepare client review summaries for upcoming appointments Review client account information and identify missing or inaccurate details Maintain professional communication with clients, advisors, and staff Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Travel to our pilot office in Medford, OR is required for this role. Travel may be required twice a month for 3-6 business days. All travel expenses are covered.
